GIVING BACK

IT'S IMPORTANT TO ME THAT I GIVE BACK AS MUCH AS I HAVE BEEN GIVEN

As a youngster I was always been encouraged to give back and raise money for charity.

Over the years I have been part of many charity projects and events to raise money and create a better would for those in need.

CRISIS AT CHRISTMAS

COLLECTING SHOES FOR THE HOMELESS

A good pair of shoes is exactly what you need if you are braving it on the streets. I’ve volunteered for Crisis for many years and the thing that people need more is a new pair of trainers that they can wear for the next year. If you are sleeping rough the last thing you want is a bunch of shoes you have to carry around.

This is why I set up my “Shoes Drop”. So if you have any New or Nearly New shoes, you can drop them to me and i’ll make sure they go to one of two the charities I support.

If you would rather donate money, you can do so below.

STIR // WOOLWICH

IN ASSOCIATION WITH BRIDGE MENTAL HEALTH CHARITY

Every Monday I run a community Karma Yoga class at Stir Cafe in Woolwich.

Stir is an award-winning social enterprise café in the heart of Woolwich. It started life as part of the Recovery College, a groundbreaking initiative from Bridge Support, a charity dedicated to outreach in Mental Health.

Our Yoga class is 45 minutes and is accessible and beginner friendly.
